In addition to organizational leadership and program development that’s essential to grants management, she helps programs thrive through analytics, technology implementation, process and quality improvement, and other innovative methods. Heidi is also the Executive Director of our parent company, CCNY, Inc., a position she has held for over a decade.

Andrea Minor

Director of Grants Management

Highly regarded in her field, Andrea Minor oversees all aspects of our grants management – working closely with foundations, evaluations teams, subject matter experts, and grantees to support funding MORE requirements and implementation. With nearly two decades of experience in process improvement across non-profit and other industries, she constantly pursues training in new skills and methodologies for the betterment of our projects.
